Every cloud counselling is committed to complying with the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and to the responsible and secure use of your data.

You have the right to request to know the information held by us, update any information, and address any concerns too.

Complaints, queries, comments and access requests are welcomed and should be forwarded to caitlyn@everycloudcounselling.com.

Any data protection complaints will be acknowledged within 30 days of receipt prior to being investigated under the data (use and access) act 2025. We will work to do the very best to resolve any concerns you have. Any that we cannot resole may need to be processed through the ICO directly.
